Privacy Policy

We collect your email address, a phone number if you choose to provide one, and your design brief only to handle your design request, verify your contact details, provide operational updates, and answer support requests.

Retention and deletion

We delete or anonymize order data 90 days after an order is closed. You may request earlier deletion through order tracking after verifying your email again, or by emailing support@williamgeekdesign.com. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Messages

Verification messages and separately opted-in order-status messages are transactional. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver the messages or services you request.
