Scope and information collected

This policy applies to the William Geek Design website and the William Geek Design Request Updates messaging program.

We collect only the information needed to handle your design request: your email address, a phone number if you choose to provide one, your project brief and related request details, verification and security records, your SMS consent choice and consent timestamp, and the status history of your request.

How information is used

We use this information only to handle your design request, verify your contact details, prevent invalid submissions, provide requested operational updates, and answer support requests. We do not use your contact information for advertising or marketing.

Retention and deletion

We delete or anonymize order data 90 days after an order is closed. You may request earlier deletion through order tracking after verifying your email again, or by emailing support@williamgeekdesign.com. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Mobile information and messaging consent

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We also do not rent or transfer this information for those purposes.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. A phone verification message is sent only after you enter a phone number and actively request a verification code. Request-status SMS is sent only if you separately select the optional consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. Phone verification alone does not provide consent for request-status messages, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies according to verification requests and request-status changes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
